12.Carrot Top got weird\r
\r
He went from being a scrawny prop comic to a buff dude. Apparently he started hitting the gym and got into lifting very seriously. Lets be honest though he looks pretty juiced here. He already looked like a weird guy, but add some juicing, and now he looks like a freaking alien. \r
\r
11.Emily Blunt\r
\r
Emily Blunt probably sees a Kentucky Fried Chicken sign in this photo. Dieting can be tough. She has a personal trainer named Jason Walsh and even has worked out with Tom Cruise on several occasions. I wish I had the money to work out in Hollywood. Ill just stick to lifting weights in my basement with my dog. . \r
\r
10.Cameron Diaz\r
\r
Hey there Charlies Angel, looking pretty buff there. She has a long-time fitness trainer named Teddy Bass. Cameron goes to the gym a lot. She uses a combination of pilates, cardio, and flexibility training to keep those long legs toned up. \r
\r
9.Hugh Jackmen \r
\r
Wolverine dropped this bomb on his Twitter account. Apparently X -men dont skip leg day. He has been super jacked in every X-menhe has ever done. I think that this man probably eats iron for breakfast. \r
\r
8.Chris Hemsworth Thor \r
\r
Chris is looking pretty steamy in this photo. Chris started his training for Thor with former Navy Seal, Duffy Gaver, who took an old school bodybuilding approach. They concentrated on his arms a lot, as Thore is often shown sleeveless. He ended up gaining 20 pounds of muscle for this role\r
\r
All these superheroes had to get jacked! \r
\r
7.Chris Evans Captain America\r
\r
It took this 32-year-old months and months in the gym to get ready for his role as Captain America. He was on a very strict high protein diet. because he had to put on about thirty pounds of muscle for this role. His training program was made out of heavy weight low rep sets. It was a lot of squats and deadlifts, and chin ups.\r
\r
6.Taylor Lautner Twilight\r
\r
This strapping young lad played a teenage werewolf in Twilight. Between the first and secondhe had to put on 30 pounds of muscle as he transformed into a powerful werewolf. Jordan Lautner was his trainer for these s. His strategy was to eat right, a maximize his workout routine. This article seems to be raining a lot of men. \r
\r
5.Brad Pitt\r
\r
This is a photo of Brad Pitt in fight club, as Tyler Durdan. Is this what a man looks like? He casually asks Edward Norton, while handing him a workout magazine in the move. Brad is no stranger to working out for roles. He had to get pretty tuned for roles such as Achilles. Anyways dont fight your imaginary friend, especially if he is as ripped as Brad Pitt. \r
\r
4.Ryan Reynolds Blade Trinity \r
\r
Ryan Reynolds started getting super pumped when he became a vampire hunter in Blade Trinity. He has clearly kept it going for Green Lantern, and now Deadpool. He is snarky and chiseled; its no wonder the ladies love him. \r
\r
3.Chris Pratt was fat\r
\r
Chris Pratt was fat when he was doing parks and rec. But that all changed when he had to get chased through the jungle by T-Rex. Also, he had to get in good shape for Guardians of the Galaxy. Duffy Gaver, I think we have heard that name before, trained Chris for guardians. They did it over five months, working out four to six times a week. Gaver, says Pratt trains like he is going out for pro football. For the first two months, they focused on cardio and then started to do a mix of cardio and weight training. This picture of Pratt taking a selfie stormed the internet and changed our perception of that goofy office boy from Parks and Rec. \r
\r
2.Rocky\r
\r
Adrianeeeeeeeeeee! Sylvester Stallone was in great shape when he became the Italian Stallion! He is most famous for his role as Rocky Balboa, but he has been keeping in shape for his whole career. 20 years later he is still doing a full week of exercises. Lots of cardio to keep him limber, and also some full body weight training. \r

1. at the top of his bodybuilding career 1969 Mr. Olympia\r
\r
This is a pic of Arnold, at his physical peak. Man, the Terminator was pretty juiced in this photo. I know what they say about the effects of steroids, but it clearly was working for him. Arnold started his career as a bodybuilder, which he was very successful at. It propelled him into films. Which lucky at first, didnt have very many speaking roles for this Austrian native.
